Hello and Welcome!
Maia Charanis is an Atlanta-based professional dancer and instructor. Maia has danced with Atlanta company Kit Modus, and worked with choreographers such as Noelle Kayser, Mark Caserta, Christian Denice, and Rubén Julliard. Maia has also performed with Staibdance and Covington Regional Ballet as a guest artist. Maia grew up dancing in Atlanta, and later graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Dance Performance and Choreography. While a student, Maia received the Director’s Award and in 2018 travelled to Washington D.C. to perform a work by Shawn Boyle at the National Festival of the American College Dance Association.
